Using shipment tracking

Use tracking only for shipments you are entitled to access. Do not attempt to guess other customers' numbers, collect shipment information in bulk, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Access may be limited to protect the service and its users.

Tracking information comes from the relevant provider and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. A displayed status or estimated date is information for reference and is not a delivery guarantee. Contact Cora for help with discrepancies or urgent shipment questions.

Quotes and bookings

Information on this website is not a confirmed freight booking or contract. Prices, schedules, routes, and shipment arrangements must be confirmed directly. The agreed quotation, booking documents, and applicable carrier or service terms govern a shipment.

Administrator access

Mapping management is restricted to the authorised administrator. Google sign-in alone does not grant administrator access. The administrator must protect the account and end the session when finished. Disabling a mapping stops its public tracking lookup; restoring it enables its current details and does not restore previous edited values.

Privacy and contact

Read the privacy notice for information about shipment enquiries, administrator sign-in, and service providers. These website terms do not replace the terms agreed for an individual shipment.
