Privacy

ShipLinkPro provides freight information and shipment tracking, with shipping enquiries handled by Cora Lin. This page explains how information is used when you visit the website, request shipment information, or use its administrator tools.

Shipment enquiries and tracking

A tracking request uses the number you enter to find the shipment reference held by the relevant tracking provider. Shipment references and information returned by that provider are used to display the shipment status. Enquiries sent by email or messaging services are handled through those services and may contain the details you choose to share.

Only request information about shipments you are entitled to access. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary personal information in an enquiry.

Administrator Google sign-in

Google sign-in is for the authorised administrator. Customers can use public shipment tracking without a Google account. Clerk handles sign-in using basic Google identity information, including an account identifier, verified email address, and profile information. This information verifies the administrator account and protects access to mapping management.

The administrator sign-in requests basic identity permissions. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google files. Administrator sessions use necessary cookies for sign-in, session verification, and protection of account actions.

Service providers and access

Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores shipment mappings and administrator records, and Clerk and Google provide administrator authentication. Tracking providers process shipment references to return shipment information. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, device details, and requests in order to operate and secure their services.

Access to shipment mappings is restricted to authorised administration. Administrator audit entries contain action and security metadata; they do not contain tracking numbers, mapping values, or shipment event descriptions. Google identity information is used for authentication and account security, not advertising.

Retention and requests

Information is kept while needed to provide shipment support, administer the service, and maintain security. Service-provider retention settings and protected operational backups may also apply. Contact Cora if you have questions about information relating to you, or wish to request access, correction, or deletion. Requests may require verification and may depend on the shipment relationship and applicable obligations.
